In Stardust

In the stardust, seeds bloom.
Darkness melts into the light,
To eternal twilight.
From ashes, the stars rise,
Burning bright till their final moments.
Nothing lasts forever,
In this ephemeral world,
Not even you.
In time’s embrace, we grow and thrive,
Till our chapter ends.
Once it is written, it can never be undone,
Only remembered.
The ripples you created still reverberate across the sea,
And stain the pages with memories.
I can’t undo your fate,
Just as I can’t see mine.
I can only hope that you are sleeping peacefully,
Within your endless dreams.
In the stardust, seeds bloom.
Darkness melts into the light,
To eternal twilight.
From ashes, the stars rise,
Burning bright till their final moments.
Flowers grow and wilt,
Their petals scatter upon the wind.
I can only watch time move on,
Even as the tree’s roots embrace the earth.
Rain falls and returns to the ocean,
Mountains rise and fall,
I can only see the footprints they left behind.
Nothing lasts forever,
In this ephemeral world,
Not even you.
I can’t undo your fate,
Just as I can’t see mine.
I can only hope that you are sleeping peacefully,
Within your endless dreams,
And wish that cruel reality didn’t take you away so soon.
In the stardust, seeds bloom.
Darkness melts into the light,
To eternal twilight.
From ashes, the stars rise,
Burning bright till their final moments.
Nothing lasts forever,
In this ephemeral world,
Not even me.
In time’s embrace, we grow and thrive,
Till our chapter ends.
Once it is written, it can never be undone,
Only remembered.
The ripples you created still reverberate across the sea,
And stain the pages with memories.
I can only hope and pray,
That your wounded heart is cradled in everlasting warmth,
Even as tears fall from mine.
In the stardust, seeds bloom.
Darkness melts into the light,
To eternal twilight.
From ashes, the stars rise,
Burning bright till their final moments
Just as you did,
Just as I will someday.
I can’t undo your fate,
Just as I can’t see mine.
But it will be okay,
The pain remains but your light,
Will forever shine within the stardust;

Cradled in a Bed of Flowers

Cradled in a bed of flowers,
You forever dream,
Lost in a place that may never be.
Why can’t I for a moment halt the hands of time?
And share that dream with you.
Why aren’t you here with me?
Among the stars,
I’ve drifted upon solar winds,
From planet to planet,
Past suns and their remnants,
To galaxies far beyond the horizon,
All to find what we were searching for.
Where are you?
In the ruins of rusted metal,
Of towers that scraped the sky,
The machines of war remain broken and overgrown,
As a memory of history that should never repeat.
Flowers bloom and seeds spread,
Just as the hand of time moves on.
In the ashes and the dust,
I dream of sharing that dream with you.
A wish of a hope that I hold close to my heart.
Cradled in a bed of flowers,
You forever dream,
Lost in a place that may never be.
Why can’t I for a moment halt the hands of time?
And share that dream with you.
Why aren’t you here with me?
I’m here, searching, waiting..
Among the stars,
I’ve drifted upon solar winds,
And glided by black holes,
From planet to planet,
Past suns and their remnants,
To galaxies far beyond the horizon,
That not even time can reach,
All to find what we were searching for.
In the memories,
The past replays its recorded history.
A story with burned pages and missing pieces,
A never-ending tale.
But where is yours?
In the ruins of rusted metal,
Of towers that scraped the sky,
The machines of war remain broken and overgrown,
Flowers bloom and seeds spread,
Just as the hand of time moves on.
In the ashes and the dust,
I continue to dream of sharing that future with you.
A wish of a hope that I hold close to my heart.
Where are you?
In the flames, everything burned,
In the void of space, everything froze,
To the price of war, everything broke.
Promises made bloom as flowers,
From the ashes and dust,
From seeds of innocent dreams from another time,
A past long gone.
Among the stars,
I’ve drifted upon solar winds,
And glided by black holes,
From planet to planet,
Past suns and their remnants,
To galaxies far beyond the horizon,
That not even time can reach.
You forever dream,
Lost in a place that may never be.
Why can’t I for a moment halt the hands of time?
And share that dream with you.
I want to dream of sharing that future with you,
And hold that hopeful wish to my heart,
While cradled in a bed of flowers;
