Ash to Dust

In flames, that turn to ash.
Is the other you.
Who becomes dust.
Its breaking, shattering.
The illusion, the deception.
Because of you.
It’s all burning, everything is in ruin.
To ash it all becomes.
Into dust it vanishes.
Red, the color of heroes.
Of fire and hate.
Your burning passion.
Your desire.
Becomes part of the evening blue,
And becomes a purple hued sky.
That soon turn grey with ash.
Disappear, go away!
The you that I hate.
Let it all go,
Those bottled-up emotions.
Break the illusion.
Shatter the deception.
The cold lies made of steel.
Let it all turn to ash and dust.
In the flames, it all turns to ash.
You turn to ash.
The soon cold grey ash.
It’s all burning.
It’s all breaking apart.
You can’t stop it.
I can’t stop it.
No one can.
Let it turn to ash.
Let it turn red and grey.
And become the green earth and blue sky.
Everything is in ruin.
Are you gone?
Because I don’t want you to be here.
In this beginning.
Nor this end.
Disappear, with the dust.
My passion.
My desire.
You, my other self.
In flames, that turn to ash.
Is the other you.
Who becomes dust.
The me who becomes dust.
Burn it all.
And let me go.
