Everlasting Words

In the light of the setting sun, you and I take the path that leads towards forgotten places. In the summer haze, it seems like a half forgotten memory.
Underneath the trees and by streams that someday will lead to the sea. These unending days continue to come, as if time has stopped.
In the wind colored bottles hang from the branches of green, within them words on paper that are filled with memories. Every day we pass each other on the path, we don’t say a word.
As we see the places that hold the memories of days of a time now gone, becoming part of the past, the thing we call time that is nearly infinite.
Every time I see you, there are many words I want to say to you. And I wonder, do you feel the same? These everlasting days continue but now winter’s embrace starts to cover the earth.
Putting the world into an almost tranquil sleep, as the gentle snow falls.
We take the path towards the forgotten places of our past, together we go as if to find an answer to the many questions before us.
In the light of setting sun I go alone, to the forgotten place. And fall into an eternal sleep, in the bottles one holds pieces of paper covered in words and one with none.
Summer has come again, unending they continue to come every day.
There were many things I wanted to do and see, many I had wishes that are almost everlasting.

“I love you”, yes… those were the words. Words that are undying that love, to repeat over and over again to you in my heart made those days truly everlasting.

A little bird files into the sky; you and I wish to fly like the little bird.

Far away from this lonely place, into the world beyond.

Underneath an ancient tree, overlooking the world below.

What did it see, what happened here so long ago?

He is far away from me, on a journey, a warrior that is trying to find his place in this world.

Where do we start, where do we end?

I have so many questions.

I wonder aimlessly but find many things both physical and emotional.

I see the places he’s been to, the things he did.

The Golden Sun

The sun arises on the edge of night, shining its light upon the blackened earth.

Upon two warriors that are as still as the night.

One adorned with blue and white, with hair as silver as the moon and eyes as golden as the sun.

Whose heart is pure and kind, armed with only a sword and shield.

The other dressed in pitch black and blood red, covered by armor of darkness.

With a heart of ice and eyes the burn red with greed and hate.

Both lead an army, one of light the other of darkness.

Who will win this endless fight?

They strike at each other, a clash of wills and heart.

A fight to the death.

Many fall and many rise, to fight this battle.

The growing light surrounds the two armies; the two warriors stop and face each other.

This the end, who will win?

The warrior in blue and white, the warrior of light.

The warrior in black and red, the warrior of darkness.

One is surrounded by darkness, ready to strike.

The other whose sword starts to glow with the light of the sun.

Darkness starts to run to attack, but the other is still waiting.

As the sun comes above the horizon, light starts to surround the warrior of light.

And attacks the darkness that comes; light and darkness clash!

Everyone is still, waiting.

No one can see them, where are they?

Everything is bright.

Who won? What will happen next?

After the light disperses.

The warrior of light as won. It has ended.

Now the earth is green again, as life continues on.

But the warrior of light has disappeared, to where no one will know.

Until darkness comes.

As the Rain Falls

As the rain falls, a misty haze, hides the world beyond my sight. Under the lonely tree, a butterfly waits upon a white flower, with a hazy light. A lonely sight, the island tree, under the branches of a misty haze. The grave of loved one, safe and sound they are, under the roots of the island tree. Safe and sound waiting, until the sun comes and the clouds disappear. A sad sight, as blood is spilled and tears fall. A lonely sight, a girl and a butterfly, under the misty haze of the rain.

The Desert

As the desert sun falls upon the horizon, the silver of the moon shines brighter in the evening sky.

The mountains bare and covered by the suns light, stand tall among the sand.

The wind a gentle breeze, wind a howling gale.

Desert colors shine in the light of the moon and sun. Dark red to bright yellow, pale to black.

So clam and quite, chaotic and deafening. So desolate and yet so full of life.

A place full of mystery, where time sleeps among the sun and moon. Underneath the starry sky.

As time passes the world around it changes, many come and go.

The desert sun once again falls upon the horizon, the silver of the moon shines brighter in the evening sky.

And the stars dance in the sky, as the sands of time blow in the wind.

Every time I'm with you, I feel as if the chains on me have been broken. And when we are apart I can't help but wander as the chains bind me again and the pain returns.

On the outside I smile and lie that "I'm alright", I don't want to show you my pain but I'm still screaming inside.

Yet I'm still a dreamer, within this world of machines that is silently starting to rust away. I'm still watching the endless starry sky, still wishing that someday I'll fly away.

Underneath the Stars, I Watch

Underneath the stars, I watch this world from where I stand. I see the good and joyful things and the bad and depressing things.

As time goes by I see more and more things in the world, and I still watch.

But I can’t help but want to cry for those who suffer, I want to scream at those who don’t do anything except watch.

Why do we exist?

Why do we still choose to do the wrong things even though we know we are wrong?

Why is it that no one tries to do the right thing?

I watch the world and think. “Why do we love, even though all we do is hate?”

“Is all we do to each other is hurt one another, have we forgotten how to love?”

I see most of all are sad things, wrong choices being made, greed and hate, and wars that only hurt and kill.

I can do nothing from where I stand, for I will be lost in the chaos around me.

No matter who strong I stand I am pushed around and forgotten.

I cannot speak or even scream for my voice would be lost in the cacophony of voices before me.

All I can do is watch from where I stand, all alone.

I see people who smile and laugh, people who cry and are in pain.

Some make bad choices, some make the right one.

There are those who fight to protect us, there are those who hurt others.

People who dream and wonder, people who search for answers.

There are those who will change the world and those who will not.

Some stand tall and strong, while others are crouch down crying and in pain.

Everyone is different, like the stars in the sky. So many and yet not all are seen, no one star is the same.

In different colors they shine and many different sizes. Some will die tomorrow and some will be born.

Together the make the eternal sky shine with light and make shapes that make us smile and wonder.

If we could all hold hands together, if for a brief moment we could all understand each other.

What would happen?

For all I want is to see the world that many dream and wish for, a world where we are together.

Across the sea of sand we wander, underneath the star lit sky.

The wind blows our prayers into the sky, to the white birds of the desert.

Slowly across the sea we go with the wind at are backs and the moon and sun above.

Our hearts follow the beat of the ticking clock, as our feet tread the earth.

The children sing a song for tomorrow, as the sun sets upon the horizon.

We follow the path that is lit with tears, we head towards the place between the stars.

Together and alone, we face the sea of sand as we wander.

Underneath the star lit sky with the moon and sun above, with the wind at our backs.

Babylon

In the darkening twilight between the sun and moon.
The howling winds tears at me as I slowly walk through the endless plain of sand.
In the ruins before me the sun shines its light through the once grand gates of Babylon.

All I Really Want...

Every day I wonder if people like me, does any ever notice me? Does anyone think that I’m lower then scum and that I shouldn’t even exist?

It feels as if I should have never been born, as if my existence was a mistake. There are those who love me and those who hate me for even just being alive.

I’m kind, I’m patient, and polite. I don’t hurt others, I try to help, and I always try to be good. I don’t argue and I give up the things I want. But, no even says a word to me.

No one ever really thinks about me. I’m always the one that’s never noticed, even when I’m with everyone.

I’m always alone, I have no one but myself in the end.

Does anyone see me, does anyone hear me? I’m always alone in inside, because no one will ever notice me.

No one will ever hear me in the cacophony voices before me, even if I scream!

I’m the one who’s always hurt, I always smile a fake smile.

I’m never really happy, I always seem to lie to others and myself.

I want someone to hear me and see me, I don’t want to be forgotten.

I want someone to hold me close and stay with me forever until die. I don’t want be alone anymore even if I’m the pushing everyone away.

Isn’t there someone who will understand me, my true self.

I no longer want to be in the darkness or even in the twilight.

I want to be free, I want to be happy, and be in the light.

All I really want to know is that I’m alive.

Footprints

As I walk on this earth I leave my footprints behind, I leave them as a memory for those to follow and when they end I’m afraid it’s time to say goodbye. The footprints I see sometimes overlap each other, some are new, some are old, some are deep, and some are side by side. My feet may hurt but I still leave my footprints behind so someday they can be my memory for those to follow.

One's Heart or The Wars We Face

The wars we face will never end, and yet.

Even in the deepest darkness there will always be a light. That is the peace within.

When one's heart is filled with love and understanding. We are truly alive, even within our wars.

Journey or As We Stood Under the Moon Light -Lyrics

As we stood under the moon light, you held my hand tightly. You promise that you, would always protect me. And told me that you would never leave me, so I would never be alone. Even if the whole world hated me, you would always stay with me. But just like I was, you too were also in pain. Even now you’re hurting, as our tears blind us. We yet still move forward, towards the unknown. Into the world that hurt us, as we journey to find peace to end this endless cycle of pain. Underneath the sky, we have always journeyed. As I look into the sky, I see the sun and moon. I wonder what's beyond them, oh what could it be. I want to know what is beyond the sky that I see. Life isn't an easy thing, if it was that way. I don't think we would be, just as happy with what we've done. You always smile and laugh, even when everything against us. Even as we jump into the fray, you still smile for me. You promise me that like the sun and moon, we would always be together. My heart beats a thousand times, as I look into the unknown. Yet we keep running towards the things that hurt us in the past. So no one will have to suffer as we did, we promised to find the future. But even in this broken world, we've have also been loved. Against the world we fight, to protect those we love. Someday I know we will find our dream that our hearts long for. Until that day comes, we may have to say good bye.

What We See

There are people who only see the things before them. There are those who look beyond themselves. Some will never understand the world before them. While others find their path in the world. Humans are always afraid of the unknown, so we shun and run away in fear. Some will be blind, some will see, the world we live in. The blind always fear, and hurt others, even themselves. Those you see will never fear, they welcome others and welcome themselves. We will always fight, we will always fear. We will always welcome peace, we will always have courage. I want to close my eyes at times, yet I leave them open. Because I want to see the world we live in, and make it our paradise of light and shadow. Our imperfect and beloved paradise.

I can feel the wind as it passes by moving the clouds in the sky, it feels gentle like your voice as you spoke. As the sun's rays fall onto me I feel as if you’re holding me, in your arms safe and sound underneath the shade of a cloud. I draw onto a canvas the soft gentle words that you once spoke to me, as if as to make them into something. So I could keep them forever, I sang them into a song, because those words helped me find, the right path when I was lost. These normal days to me are filled with joy for me, I wished that the smiles would forever never end because I wanted to forever smile.
